  • Is there a minimum age requirement to make online purchase from this site?

Order

  • Is there a minimum order purchase value for this site?

    There is no minimum order required for this site. A $3 delivery fee will apply if your order is below $50.

  • How do I know if I have submitted my order successfully and when will it be confirmed?

    Once you submit your order successfully, you will receive a thank you message. Concurrently, we will send a confirmation email with a summary of your order to your registered email address.

  • What should I do if I have problem placing an order via this site?

    You can call us at 1800 732 4748 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) for assistance if you encounter any problem.

Delivery

  • Where can you deliver the products to?

    We provide delivery within Singapore excluding outlying islands.

  • Is there any delivery fee?

    Once you submit your order successfully, you will receive a thank you message. Concurrently, we will send a confirmation email with a summary of your order to your registered email address.

    There will be a $10 courier surcharge for home delivery without purchase for rewards redemption.

  • What should I do if I have problem placing an order via this site?

    Normal Delivery

    • Free delivery for orders above $50.
    • Additional delivery surcharge will be levied for orders falling below $50.
    • $3 surcharge for order below $50
    • Courier service will call to confirm date & time before delivery.
    • Please allow a minimum of 3-5 days for processing and delivery of order.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my order has been confirmed?

    You can call us at 1800 732 4748 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) to change your delivery address, however, applicable charges may apply.

  • When can I receive my purchased items?

    You will receive your purchased items within 3-5 working days from receipt of the order confirmation email.

  • Do I have to receive the products personally?

    You can authorize another party to receive the purchased items at the specified date and time slot. For gifting, the indicated recipient or authorized party can received the purchased item

  • Can I request for express delivery?

    We do not provide express delivery at the moment.

  • Will I have to pay to have my order redelivered after a failed delivery?

    Your order will be redelivered to your designated address at no charge for the first 7 consecutive delivery attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful upon the 7th attempt, your order shall be returned to us as a cancelled order and we shall refund you the invoiced amount as originally charged to you, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $S10.00.

  • What are the available payment options for online purchase?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard for online payment only.

  • Do you accept installment payment?

    We do not accept installment payment at the moment.

Return

  • What if the products delivered are different from my order?

    You are strongly advised to check your products upon receipt of them immediately. You may reject the order on the spot if you discover that the product is different from your order. If you are not around to check the order, you can also call us at 1800 732 4748 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) within 7 days from date of receipt to arrange for a return. We will absorb any additional delivery charge incurred.

  • Can I return the products I bought from this site?

    We want to ensure that you have a pleasant online shopping experience thus we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy.

    Call us at 1800 732 4748 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) to request for a return within 7 days from receipt of products.

    Products must be unopened and in good resalable condition.

    Products must not be customized or have been personalized in any sort, unless the customized or personalized product is different from the order which you have submitted. If so, please revert to the question above, What if the products delivered are different from my order?

    Gift/premium accompanied with the products is in its original condition.

    You may request for collection of return products however it is subject to a collection charge. You may also choose to return it to us at the following address below (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm except public holidays). If return of the order proves successful upon inspection, we shall refund you the invoiced amount as originally charged to you, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $S10.00.

Cancellation

  • A S$10 fee will be imposed for any cancellation of orders. However, once an order status is updated to “In Delivery”, there will be no refund for any cancellation as the delivery is already in progress.
